Bioactive Skin and respiratory penetrating terpenoids in soothing chamomile, neroli, melissa, and lavender help lower anxiousness and promote relaxation by lowering our excitatory and boosting our calming brain signal, GABA.

Use to increase feelings of calm, lower stress and agitation, and create a sense of tranquillity, peace and wellbeing at home, work or on the go. 

Apply 3 to 4 times a day, and in the evening. 1-2 sprays to the wrists, press wrists together and inhale the aroma in 3 deep breaths. Can also be applied to pulse points behind your ear, at the base of your neck, on the inside of your elbow and behind your knee or to a tissue or pillow and inhale.

Neroli is traditionally used to calm and now scientific studies show how it lowers stress and also blood pressure.

Melissa is shown clinically to reduce anxiety and agitation. It increases the action of the brain’s main decelerator, GABA as well as work to calm neurones. Contains the calming bioactives citronellal and citral.

Lavender long known to promote calm, it relieves restlessness in clinical studies. The bioactive linalool lowers our excitatory brain signal called glutamate.
